When that seasonal switch happens, our systems can feel restless, scattered, and depleted—sleep becomes fragile, skin and joints dry out, and the mind races.
The new SLOW block is designed to catch you in that transition, offering practices that ground, nourish, and re‑hydrate body and mind before imbalance sets in.

- Nourish – with breath‑cued micro‑movement to hydrate fascia.
- Restore – vagal‑tone‑boosting pranayama to quiet busy minds.
- Integrate – 30‑minute guided Yoga Nidra that leaves you floating into effortless sleep.
