S.T.R.O.N.G Yoga for Women 40+:
Build Strength, Confidence & Vitality in Midlife
As women move through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, our bodies ask for something different — something deeper, more supportive, and stronger. That’s where STRONG comes in.
This class is intentionally designed for women aged 40+ to help you embrace your evolving body with strength, grace, and confidence. STRONG blends yoga, breath work, resistance & weight training, into a deeply empowering practice tailored to your needs in midlife.
Why STRONG Matters in Midlife
- Bone Health: Women can lose up to 20% of bone density in the 5–7 years after menopause. Resistance training is one of the most effective ways to preserve and even rebuild bone mass — reducing risk of fractures and osteoporosis.
- Muscle & Metabolism: From age 40 onward, we lose muscle mass at a rate of 3–5% per decade. STRONG’s toning and resistance work helps preserve lean muscle, boost metabolism, and support joint stability.
- Energy & Endurance: Hormonal shifts can impact energy and stamina. This practice activates and uplifts, helping you feel more resilient — physically and emotionally.
Strength for Mid–Late Spring
April – May 2026
Activate. Build. Expand.
STRONG in April and May aligns with the rising energy of mid to late spring — a time when vitality builds, momentum gathers, and the body naturally feels ready for more.
According to traditional wisdom, this is the season where growth becomes more visible and dynamic. The gentle awakening of early spring begins to transform into strength, expansion, and forward movement.
Energy is no longer just stirring — it is accumulating.
This makes it the perfect time to deepen your strength practice, build endurance, and harness this natural increase in energy in a way that feels steady, supportive, and sustainable.
Rather than pushing or overreaching, STRONG invites you to channel this rising energy with intention — creating strength that is not only physical, but deeply rooted in awareness and control.
Expect to feel energised, capable, and empowered as your strength begins to translate into everyday life — in how you move, how you carry yourself, and how you meet the world.
STRONG is strength training as a mindful, meaningful, and seasonal practice — not just about doing more, but about becoming stronger with clarity, purpose, and ease.
This is your time to activate, build, and expand — from the inside out.
