Join me in the heart of the stunning Peak District for my only UK yoga retreat of 2025, where you’ll be surrounded by rolling hills, crisp autumn air, and the gentle flow of the River Dane. Nestled within this peaceful landscape, Gradbach Mill—a beautifully restored 18th-century silk mill—will be our sanctuary for movement, nourishment, and deep rest.

Your Yoga Retreat Itinerary

Friday – Arrival & Unwind

Arrive from 3 PM – Settle into your cozy room & explore the retreat space
Evening yoga – A grounding practice to shake off the week’s stresses

Dinner – A delicious, wholesome meal to nourish body & soul
Storytime & Hot Chocolate by the Fire – Connect with fellow guests under the stars

Saturday – Deep Nourishment

Morning Yoga – Invigorating practice to awaken the body
Leisurely breakfast – Savour a healthy, nourishing start to the day
Free Time – Hike through breathtaking scenery, rest, or indulge in a massage (optional add-on)Nutritious lunch – Fresh, seasonal, and designed to fuel your day
Late Afternoon Yoga – A slow, restorative flow to ease tension
Dinner – A heartwarming meal to restore balance
Yoga Nidra – A deeply restful practice before bed
Fireside Connection – Reflect, share, and unwind with hot chocolate in hand

Sunday – Closing with Intention

Morning Yoga – Gentle, awakening stretches to start the day
Brunch – A nourishing farewell meal
Optional Walk – One last Peak District adventure before heading home (weather permitting)
Depart by 12 PM, feeling replenished, restored, and ready for the season ahead
