What To Expect From

A Blue Lotus Adventure

Experiences that are intentionally intimate, immersive and soulful.

A Blue Lotus Yoga Adventure is for those craving something deeper than a holiday.

It's more than a retreat or your usual yoga escape.

My adventures are for those who want to feel moved by a place.
Who long for spaciousness.
Who miss simplicity.
Who want to reconnect with themselves through movement, nature, rest, adventure and meaningful connection.

Think less polished wellness retreat.
More pilgrimage back to yourself.

You won’t find “wellness perfection,” or yoga simply placed into a beautiful location because it photographs well.

That has never been the intention.

At Blue Lotus, the place itself becomes part of the practice.

I choose destinations for the feeling they create — landscapes that invite you to soften, slow down, listen more deeply and remember what it feels like to simply be human again.

Often remote, unfamiliar and slightly wild, these are the kinds of places that gently pull you away from the noise of everyday life and return you to something far more essential.

The mountains. The jungle. The dust roads. The silence before sunrise. The sound of birdsong replacing notifications. The crackle of a fire. The rhythm of rain on rooftops. The scent of earth after heat.

These become the soundtrack to our days.

The further we step from routine and familiarity, the smaller everyday worries often begin to feel.

And in their place, ordinary things begin to feel extraordinary again — rest, sleep, nourishing food, deep conversation, movement, laughter, stillness, connection.

This is the kind of transformation I care about.

Not escape.
Not performance.
Not perfection.

But remembrance.

Yoga Beyond The Mat

Yoga Beyond the Mat

The yoga we practise together extends far beyond the physical postures.

Of course there will be movement — flows, grounding somatic practices, restorative moments, breathwork, meditation and space to reconnect with your body.

But the real practice often happens in the quieter moments too:

-The way you wake with the sun instead of an alarm.

-The way your nervous system exhales after days spent in nature.

-The way conversations deepen around a shared table.

-The way your body softens when there is nowhere else to be.

The adventure itself becomes part of the yoga.

The landscape teaches you.
The simplicity teaches you.
The slowness teaches you.

Food As Ritual & Nourishment

Food is a fundamental part of every Blue Lotus Adventure.

Not in a restrictive “wellness culture” kind of way.
Not green juices and rigid routines.

But nourishment in the truest sense.

Meals are thoughtful, abundant and rooted in the local landscape — seasonal ingredients, regional flavours, dishes made with care and food that actually satisfies and grounds you after a day of practice and exploration.

We gather together to eat.
We slow down enough to taste.
We reconnect with the ritual of sharing meals.

These shared moments often become some of the most memorable parts of the adventure.

Guided By Experience

These adventures are held with deep care, intuition and experience.

I’ve been teaching yoga for almost 25 years and leading international retreats and adventures for more than a decade.

What matters most to me is how people feel — in their bodies, in their nervous systems, in their lives.

Every practice is shaped around the energy and needs of the group in front of me.

My classes are rooted in intelligent flow, embodied movement and accessible philosophy. I love weaving together storytelling, mythology, breath, movement and modern-day meaning in a way that feels relevant to real life — not something separate from it.

Because yoga was never meant to only exist on a mat in a studio.

It exists in how we meet challenge.
How we rest.
How we nourish ourselves.
How we move through change.
How we return home to ourselves amidst the fullness of everyday life.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or have practised for years, my intention is always the same:

To create experiences that feel inclusive, meaningful, deeply human and genuinely transformative.

Here's What They Say....

Testimonials

Words do not seem enough to express what we shared.

The whole experience reaffirmed my strength and resilience and surprisingly gave me back my confidence. I most definitely feel a transformation and this adventure has given me the courage to deal with what life throws at me...

My zest for life has been renewed!

Thankyou!

Jill provided carefully curated practices that aligned with and complimented the amazing location.

We flowed, we chanted, we meditated, all accompanied by the harmony of birdsong.

A truly amazing experience with a gifted and lovely teacher.

“Some connections go beyond language — they live in the quiet moments, the memories, and the way someone changes your life just by being part of it.

Thank you .
