Yoga, Nutrition & Ayurvedic Wisdom

A nourishing 3.5-hour workshop designed to support women in peri-menopause and menopause.

Midlife is a powerful transition — one that asks us to slow down, listen more closely and care for our changing bodies in new ways.

This immersive workshop brings together therapeutic yoga, evidence-based nutrition and holistic lifestyle tools to help you feel grounded, informed and supported as you navigate this stage of life.

You’ll be guided through a gentle yet targeted yoga practice to support digestion, hormonal balance and nervous system regulation, followed by an accessible introduction to Ayurvedic wisdom — exploring how shifting dosha's influence common midlife symptoms such as anxiety, bloating, disrupted sleep and low energy.

We then bridge this ancient understanding with modern science, exploring the gut–brain–hormone axis, blood sugar stability and stress regulation, before enjoying a delicious, hormone-supportive lunch prepared by Chef Elle.

This workshop is designed to leave you feeling calm, nourished and empowered — with practical tools you can take straight into everyday life.

Jill Amison

Senior Yoga Teacher

Jill is the founder of Blue Lotus Yoga and a devoted guide for women navigating change, transition and reconnection to self.



Her work blends therapeutic yoga, nervous system regulation and ancient wisdom with a deeply compassionate, modern approach to wellbeing.


Jill specialises in creating safe, nurturing spaces where women can slow down, listen to their bodies and move through midlife with greater ease, confidence and trust in their inner wisdom.

Lily Murray

Registered Dietician

Lily is a Registered Dietitian with a four-year integrated Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.

After working at Royal Stoke University Hospital, she saw first-hand the powerful role nutrition plays in hormone health, energy and long-term wellbeing.


Now working within the local community, Lily specialises in supporting women through peri-menopause and menopause with simple, evidence-based strategies that help them manage symptoms, protect their health and feel confident in their changing bodies.

Elle Johnson

Chef

Elle is the founder of EatYourHeartOut, specialising in luxury bespoke grazing tables and catering.


She is a chef with a deep love for creating food that is both nourishing and delicious.


Using fresh, whole ingredients, Elle designs balanced meals that support energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing.


Passionate about the joy of eating well, she believes food should make you feel good — inside and out — bringing warmth, care, and intention to everything she creates.
